Welcome to ARJU (“we”, “our”, “the Platform”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
1. About Our Platform
- We provide an online platform where vendors can list their services and customers can find and purchase them.
- We facilitate communication and payment processing between customers and vendors.
- We are not a service provider. All services are delivered directly by vendors, and we are not responsible for their quality, timeliness, or completion.
2. Memberships (Customers)
- Customers can purchase either a 6-month or 12-month membership.
- Memberships allow access to the platform and its features.
- No refunds are provided on memberships.
3. Vendors
- Vendors may list their services on the platform, provided that all services offered are legal and vendors are legitimately registered businesses in their country of operation.
- We charge a 10% commission on all payments processed through our website.
- Vendors may choose not to set a price for their services, in which case payments cannot be processed via the platform.
- Payouts to vendors are processed within 7 working days of a successful transaction. In some cases (such as bank holidays, payment provider checks, or compliance reviews), payouts may take longer.
4. Payments & Security
- Customers pay upfront for any service with a listed price.
- We securely process payments on behalf of vendors and transfer them after deducting our commission.
- Payments to vendors may take up to 7 working days to process, with possible additional delays due to bank holidays, payment provider checks, or other external factors.
- Payment through the platform provides an additional layer of security for customers.
- Refunds are not guaranteed. Any disputes regarding services must be handled directly between the customer and vendor. We may assist in facilitating communication but do not guarantee outcomes.
5. Disputes & Complaints
- Disputes between customers and vendors should first be resolved directly.
- We may provide dispute support but cannot guarantee refunds or resolutions.
- If complaints are received about a customer or vendor’s behavior, service, or conduct, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete their account.
6. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
- All users agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate information.
- Conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.
- Only list legal services.
- Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to):
- Selling or promoting illegal services.
- Providing false or misleading information about services.
- Abusive, harassing, or threatening messages toward other users or admins.
- Attempting to bypass the platform to avoid commission fees.
- Any violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent account removal without refund.
7. Messaging & Monitoring
- For safety and security, all messages sent through the platform may be monitored or tracked.
- Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate messages may result in account suspension or termination.
8. Liability & Disclaimers
- We are not responsible for:
- The quality, legality, or delivery of services provided by vendors.
- Any loss, damages, or disputes arising between customers and vendors.
- By using the platform, you acknowledge that we act only as an intermediary and payment processor.
9. Termination of Accounts
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete accounts (customers or vendors) that:
- Violate these Terms & Conditions.
- Engage in illegal, abusive, or fraudulent behavior.
- Misuse the platform in any way.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
